Lorgner is a digital product owned and operated by Digital Junction LLC, a limited liability company. All agreements, terms, and policies are entered into with Digital Junction LLC as the legal operating entity. Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Lorgner collects the following information:

• Email address: Collected at account creation and used for authentication and account access.
• Name: Collected during the subscription process and stored with your account profile.
• Payment information: Your billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card number or full payment details on our systems; however, we receive confirmation of your subscription status and billing history.
• Eyewear photos: Images of your eyewear collection that you voluntarily upload for AI analysis.
• AI chat interactions: The conversation exchanges between you and the Lorgner recommendation assistant.
• Basic usage data: Standard session analytics such as session duration and feature usage.

We do not collect location data, prescription information, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely to:

• Create and manage your Lorgner membership account.
• Authenticate your identity and deliver secure access to the Service.
• Process your subscription and manage billing.
• Process your uploaded eyewear images through our AI system.
• Generate personalized outfit-pairing recommendations.
• Improve the performance and accuracy of the Lorgner AI assistant.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers.

3. Image Data

Photos you upload are processed by our AI system to identify eyewear characteristics. Images are used only for recommendation purposes within your account. We do not use your uploaded images to train external AI models without your explicit consent, and we do not share your images with third parties.

4. Cookies and Authentication

Lorgner uses authentication tokens and session cookies to keep you securely signed in. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and do not track you across third-party websites. By using Lorgner, you consent to the use of these authentication cookies.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Lorgner uses the following categories of third-party service providers to operate the Service:

• A cloud database and authentication provider to store user accounts and collection data.
• An AI processing infrastructure provider to power the recommendation assistant.
• A transactional email delivery provider to send account access links.
• A payment processing provider to handle subscription billing.

Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider — Lorgner does not store your card details.

Our payment provider retains billing and transaction records in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable financial regulations, which may require retention for up to seven years.

6. Data Retention

Your account data, uploaded images, and chat interactions are retained for as long as your membership is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@lorgner.co. Upon verified request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

Digital Junction LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Lorgner is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through the app, please contact us at privacy@lorgner.co and we will delete it immediately.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
