Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider — Lorgner does not store your card details.
Our payment provider retains billing and transaction records in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable financial regulations, which may require retention for up to seven years.
Your account data, uploaded images, and chat interactions are retained for as long as your membership is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@lorgner.co. Upon verified request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Digital Junction LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
